Subject: [ferrethealth] Natural Gold Food by Pretty Pets

Hi Everyone,
I have read the archives on this food, and I have a little male ferret
who is 4 months old. He is readily eating kibble, hard and softened
by hot water, (totally Ferret for babies) and I was wondering if
anyone has been having positive results from the Natural Gold. Is 4
months too early to begin feeding this little guy this food? I want
to get him going on a good regime, to help ward off potential
problems in the future, especially since I lost my 5 year old female,
Sneeki, in November to insulinoma.
I hope that ferrets like this Natural Gold food, as it smells awful!
Sneeki didn't like it, but she was ill when I tried to introduce it to
her, and she was stuck (imprinted) on Totally Ferret by then. Any help
on which way to go with food is greatly appreciated.
