Honestly, there are a number of foods out there which appear to be good. They might not all
use the same sources of various nutrients like minerals (for example, some use human food
grade by-products which are organs like livers and giblet organs while others use thoroughly
cooked vegetables or nutritional additives to make up some of that component, but being
different from each other is not the same as being bad.
There are many opinions in the archives on this topic; in fact, it is topic that quickly enters
the "me, too" realm (which gets rejections) and a topic which can even cause fights when
opinions differ (Fighting also is not permitted here so those get rejected).
