We have been using Natural Gold in our food mixture for some time now
and have had good results! The first thing we noticed was their fur. It
became a lot softer, plusher and thicker. I really haven't kept any type
records but it seems that as a whole, the ferrets seem healthier as
well. There were some chances in bowel movements at the beginning but
that went back to normal within a week or so. We started by mixing a
small amount in with the rest of the food so it would not smell so
different. There were a few that would "spit" it off to the side but now
all gets eaten.

I hope that ferrets like this Natural Gold food, as it smells awful!
Sneeki didn't like it, but she was ill when I tried to introduce it to
her, and she was stuck (imprinted) on Totally Ferret by then. Any help
on which way to go with food is greatly appreciated.
