A CLARIFICATION HERE:
The person refers to "AD" but means
Adrenal Disease (Adrenal Associated Endocrinopathy, AAE)
so there will not be cause to write in with Aleutian Disease (AD)
information.
(This is a common mistake and not a big deal except when confusion arises,
and that most certainly can and does happen at times.)
