There is no serious study of adrenal transplants in humans.
Adrenal tissue has been implanted into the human brain as a
possible help for Parkinsons Disease...

109716399/ABSTRACT?CRETRY=1&SRETRY=0

Fetal adrenal transplants have been tried to reduce pain in
rheumatoid arthritis patients...

query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=12519043&dopt=Abstract

There have been experimental adrenal transplants in rats...

2826.2000.00534.x
and

Also in mice...

So some work is being done but it is for research into other
diseases rather than ferret specific adrenal problems.
