Before using tonics DO read up on the ingredients because some can cause health
problems. Tips:
1. in this case be sure to look into licorice which is still on the ingredients list according
to someone else recently; see it in relation to potential cardiovascular problems, and for a
adrenal pseudo condition to start with
2. use both the links at the FHL website and the separate FHL archives.
