I just checked one of our generic Prednisolone bottles. We keep them protected from light
and temperature extremes and buy them from the pharmacy which is much closer and also
means they are extremely new when we get them. The expiration put on our bottles is for a
year after purchase. Oh, and they are not compounded. Compounding can shorten lives of
some meds.
