Jody,
When I get mice, which is way too often, we use mice cube traps that I
buy at Walmart. I use reeces peanut butter cups as bait. Take one out of the
wrapper and rub a bit of the choc scent on the door of the trap and then place
the rest inside, all the way in the back. If you have more than one mouse use
more than one trap. I have never failed to get my mice this way. They are
chocolate lovers, preferring it over any other food. You have to check these
traps often so the mouse doesn't get too hot in there and/or suffocate. We had
one mouse that actually managed to chew a hole and get out, he was a super
mouse, lol. The traps have a small hole at the end and he used that as his
starting point. After I trap them I drive them a few miles from my home and set
them loose in a field.

[Moderator's Note: keep those candies away from ferrets, though. Some many respond badly to chocolate like some dogs do, the fillings are not highly digestible and may block, and the sugar levels are too high.]
