Hi Lisa
Melatonin may actually help with the chemotherapy
for lymphoma. If you are using doxorubincin then melatonin
will help to lower the bone marrow suppression, and it will
help increase the amount of doxorubicin that stays in the
cancer cells. In addition doxorubicin will help as an appetite
stimulator and as an antioxidant.
