Have you considered a foreign body? They are hard to find and
sometimes are even just fur and I have seem ferrets lose half their
body weight from a fur ball obstruction. The second thing to consider
is juvenile lymphoma which may not show in the labs. Have x rays been
done? Also has the vet consisdered any of the more recent emerging
diseases like DIM or FIP like syndorme just in case, check the
archives. Just a couple of thoughts. best of luck to you and your
