The natural gold is a really good food but in some ferrets it seems
to promote loose stools for some reason. I have my 4 on that and
Innova Evo and they do well. Both of those foods are really high in
protein and contain nutrients to build their immune system and
probiotic additives to help maintain the flora in thier digestive
systems.
I have been reading a lot lately about chicken sensativites occurring
with more frequency in ferrets, is it possible that is what is
bothering them?
I suggest if you wish to try natural gold get a small bag first and
mix just a little with thier usual mix for a few days and see how
they respond, then you can up the amount over a period of several
weeks so they dont have a problem adjusting to it.
