Hi Chris,
Was a fecal test done to check for coccidia?
A mass in the liver would go along with juvenile
lymphoma, FIP, and possibly ADV. Probably
time for a fecal test and exploratory surgery to
find out what that mass is. A foreign body is
also a possibility as others have pointed out.
That would also need an exploratory surgery to
find and remove.
Not sure what else to suggest without seeing the ferret.
