Subject: [ferrethealth] melatonin timing

My friend with many ferrets has three on melatonin but she works and
also often goes elsewhere after work so she may not be home until 9 or
10. Does it do any good to give it that late? I am not sold on the
implants after a couple bad experiences with ferrets going downhill and
dying after a week. (They were compromized anyway.)
