Hi Christine,
My Mokie was about 5 1/2 yrs when diagnosed with cardiomyopathy after
an episode similar to the one you describe. It's been some years now
so I don't recall the bloodwork results, etc., only that she was given
Lasix (no other drug), that she seemed to perk up almost immediately,
and that she lived happily and actively for another full year. She
actually did great right up until the end - didn't seem sick at all. I
hope you will get to enjoy Lilly for a good long while yet, too.
