It's possible. Neo had a large tumor removed from the outside of his
pancreas on Dec 4, and it was benign. At the same time, the vet felt
the pancreas extensively looking for something else, but found nothing
of note. He also said it felt soft, not grainy or sandy, which is why
he did not remove any of it at that time. In retrospect, he should
have, as I believe that numerous smaller tumors existed, and have
since been growing rapidly. He did feel a 'soft mass' in the stomach
at the same time, Dec 4, but opted not to open up the stomach, given
that he was already removing the pancreatic tumor and the left
adrenal, and did not want to over-stress Neo. The mass in the stomach
may have been something, but Neo has eaten very well all along, and
has also had no problems whatsoever with pooping or peeing at any
time.
