Hi Deb,
The suggested dose for Casodex is 5 mg/kg. The 0.1ml
of a 50mg/ml solution gives you 5 mgs. Since he
is actually 2.5 pounds (1.14 kg), you can increase the dose to
0.11 ml to give 5.7mg, but 0.1 ml is close enough.
Again I would recommend melatonin, lupron, and an antibiotic
for his enlarged prostate problem.
