Actually, when they are well studied it turns out that most of the NUTRITIONALLY
BALANCED food choices, whether kibble or home-provided don't have anywhere near as
pronounced downsides OR upsides as has often been speculated.

A person has to be careful because on the web there still is a lot of speculation presented
as if it were fact. Some of those hypotheses may hold up under further scrutiny, but
some, both pro and con for the assortment of balanced food choices haven't when looked
at with careful and well designed study.

So, it is important for people to not berate themselves based upon hypotheses, but also
not assume that protection exists based upon hypotheses, the second because it may
cause early signs medical problems to be missed.

When it comes to diet a boulder of salt is often in order...
