Subject: [ferrethealth] Adhesions

Baby (3.5 y.o. male) had to have surgery yesterday for adhesions. This follows after his developed after his 11-28-07 surgery for a foreign body that lodged in his large intestine, and which he had apparently had in his stomach for a very long time.
Is there anything I can possibly do to reduce the chance that more adhesions will form? Soft diet? Exercise? No exercise?
