When all get too dry when the furnace or A/C are running a lot use a humidifier BUT be sure
to clean it properly often because humidifiers are often sources of mold otherwise. You
may also want to increase their fat intake during those months, for example with fish oil
(NOT cod liver oil) mixed with a little very plain virgin olive oil.
