Waffles,
Being insulinomic and adrenal, during the las few months of life would
"cluck" and smack her lips; kind of like some doddering old folks do.

At the food bowl she would toe curl trying to keep (dignified)
balance, untill I showed her how to lay on her side next to the food
to eat so she didn't topple over.
All this occured in the endstages of her time.
We never did figure out why, and her appetite was hardy up till the end.
