the canned food that is 95% meat comes packaged as dog food as well
as cat food.
the 'dog' one is available in beef, venison, duck, rabbit and
chicken/turkey. the 'cat' one is available in beef, duck, venison
and chicken/turkey.
the store i get it from didn't have the canned 'cat' 95% meat - only
the 'dog' one so i can't say what the pricing difference is. i'd
think the dog one would be priced higher - still i paid under $2 for
the small size can. can't remember what the large can cost (i'd
gone back and gotten that once i knew they'd eat it). $4 and some
odd sense i think.
regardless of the packaging (cat or dog), the ingredients are the
same as you can see by looking at their website:
http://naturapet.com/brands/evo.asp
they don't make a canned food specifically packaged for ferrets.
they DO make a regular type canned food for both cat and dog, so you
need to be sure to get the one marked with the 95% in a circle on
the label.
there's a store locater link at the top of the page on their website
if you need help to find a distributer in your area.
