In reference to the potential of a stomach ulcer (i.e. Helicobacter)
Carafate or Pepto Bismal are not enough. She needs to be on a
combination of Amoxicillin and Metronidazole to treat the ulcer, as well
as one of the other preparations you've mentioned to soothe her tummy.
I had one fuzzy with an ulcer and this combination worked but she had to
be on it for 2 weeks. Her stools by the way were not always tarry, the
occasional darkish stool that is all.

You say she's been grinding her teeth for weeks. This can be serious.

I strongly encourage you to take her to a veterinarian as soon as
possible for assessment.

If it is a stomach ulcer she is at risk of having it eat through her
stomach lining into the underlying artery and causing a bleed out. And
if that happens she will die.

Get her to a vet.

Tressie
