Thanks for the advice everyone.
I forgot to mention that the vet did have her on amoxicillian for two
weeks back when we started the Carafate but again, that didn't help
her much.
Would it be a better idea to get her on an antibiotic again or look
into possible dental issues for this kind of thing?
