Ulcers have to be treated with a combination of antibiotics i.e.,
Amoxicillin plus one other - as earlier posts suggested. One alone
won't get rid of Helicobacter.

Of course have the vet evaluate her for possible dental issues. We do
know stress can cause ulcers and if she's been having tooth/gum pain ,
which at her advanced age is highly likely, that could have exacerbated
the ulcer.

Time for another vet visit.

Good luck!
