To stretch our 'tone, I mix a large bottle of it with a medium sized
bottle of olive oil and a medium bottle of canolo oil. The ferrets still
get the flavor of the ferretone as well as the nutrients. Use is
sparingly as too much can cause diarrhea. We store it in the original
bottles and use a small plastic bottle with a water bottle type of lid
to "dispense" it to the ferrets.
Vaseline works the same as Ferretlax and is good to help keep the
digestive tract moving. Again, too much can cause diarrhea.
