She needs to see a vet if she hasn't already. While I can't say for
sure what this is, it sounds like it is possible that she has
scratched her cornea, and now there is an ulcer or abrasion on the
surface of the eye. The vet can stain the eye to see what is going
on. Treatment will depend on the exact cause, but it's likely you'll
get special medicated ointment to put in the eye a few times a day.

Could be something else entirely too. But do get to a vet; eyes are
