I'm dashing out for work, so I'll write more later:

We had an outbreak that killed 7 of 42 in the Shelter at the time
(Summer, 2006), including a couple young'uns that didn't have other
apparent issues. So when you read it's pesky but not fatal, I
disagree (and I've since spoken to others who have also had fatalities)!

1) Watch for gastric ulcers! We ended up with several on the albon,
along with amoxi, flagyl and carafate to treat gastric ulcers. I know
at least one died from a perforated ulcer (6 years old, adrenal and
insulinoma on board, but doing GREAT before the coccidia).

2) Feed anyone who is not eating very frequently...small globs of
chicken baby food worked the best, a smaller amount every hour for the
sickest ones.
