We use these wipes to clean our ferrets between baths:

Also, you may want to talk to your vet about increasing their dosage of Prednisolone and/or giving it to them three times a day, 8 hours apart, instead of twice a day, 12 hours apart. Pred is more effective when given in 8 hour intervals.
