That appearance butterscotch pudding appearance of waste is sometimes a sign of the
onset of insulinoma, so can help find some early cases. One thing to remember is that early
surgery has been truly curative for insulinoma. In fact, we are among those who have had
ferrets who never had a return of insulinoma when treated surgically early on. So, knowing
signs of mild insulinoma (and knowing that can have variable glucose test results that early)
can be very helpful in continuing good health.

I do not know if lymphoma can also cause that appearance for stools but would not be
surprised, esp. if it has begun to affect the pancreas, liver, or gall bladder since I suspect
(but do not know) that it might perhaps be from a bit too much bile being released.
