Subject: [ferrethealth] question about a scab
Hello! I have a 5 year old ferret that has recently developed a big
scab at the base of his tail. The hair is growing through the scab but
he also has raw skin (don't know if he's been chewing at it or if the
hair fell out) at the end of the scab. Is this adrenal disease? I
will post pictures in an album called "Wiggle". I know that there are
several types of growths that a ferret can get and some are non-
malignant. I need any advice.
