Irene, is there a chance he has eaten something he shouldn't have and has a blockage or partial blockage? If he is not going poo normally that could be a problem. A regular vet could at least do a barium xray and that may show something. Other than that, I really don't know but I am NOT a vet. When one of mine needs to put on some weight I give them 1 tsp of heavy whipping cream a day and it seems to work. I really think you should get your baby to a vet though.
