Subject: [ferrethealth] Smelly Mouth

I have a 7 year old female that has such a nasty smell coming from her
mouth.
Her history: She had adrenal surgery about 5 years ago. I have had
her on Pediapred for about 1 1/2 yrs for low blood glucose. Tested it
last week and it's at 76.
She had her teeth cleaned and a mast cell tumor removed from her chin
in mid-November 2007.
I have had her on Amoxi drops to see if that will help and it doesn't.
I brush her teeth with Enzymatic paste or use a piece of gauze to clean
them. Even tried dabbing with Listerine, thinking some bacteria is
present.
Any ideas? I have a vet appointment scheduled for Thursday.
