90-120 is normal range in ferrets, 110 is a very good reading. Doesn't
matter if you've fasted or not, if insulinoma is present readings will
be low either way. Based on my experiences I would be more apt to
suspect the adrenal disease as the cause of the problems you're
seeing. If surgery was done and the tumor was not biopsied you may be
dealing with malignancy. If there is no malignancy you may be seeing
the effects of the disease itself, which in my experience surgery does
not cure. You might try starting him on lupron, if there is no
malignancy it may help.
