Mild anemia, enlarged spleen, and enlarged nodes can all point to an infection such as
Helicobacter flaring up, but there certainly are other possibilities. Still a run of Biaxin and
Amoxi with some Carafate given at other times to shield the stomach might be among the
possibilities to consider trying. Any indication of ulceration? If it is helicobacter flaring
then that can cause anemia as well as possible black or very dark feces.
