Yes, it is pretty well certain that he has untreated adrenal disease.

The best choice is to remove the diseased adrenal.

If not possible then Lupron Depot AND melatonin implants should be used for the current
optimal medical treatment available in the U.S.

If there are beginning to be any signs of prostate enlargement but the surgery is
impossible then also meds for that.

If there are beginning to be signs of aplastic anemia and removing the adrenal is
impossible then also medds for that.
