She was on two antibiotics for the ulcers and they may very well have destroyed all of the 'good' bacteria in her digestive tract. It needs to be replaced by supplementing some acidophilus to her baby food. I would also strongly suggest that you add some slippery elm bark powder to the baby food, add some water, and make a soup out of it all, warming a bit in the microwave before feeding.
We had a ferret who also had ulcers and insulinoma at the same time, and his ulcers were very bad. We made him soup and added a little acidophilus and slippery elm bark powder every time, and despite his serious physical problems, he ate great and pooped perfectly until the day he passed on. You can get both the acidophilus and slippery elm bark powder at any good health food store, and both are cheap, with no potential side effects. We currenty have four other ferrets now and I make them soup 2 or 3 times a week, adding both the acidophilus and slippery elm bark powder, and whatever problems they may be having in terms of bad or loose stools are quickly corrected.
