Didn't he have a TN Panel test that came back very clearly in the Adrenal disease ranges for
multiple hormones?

Ultrasounds are often not the best way to assess adrenals unless both the one doing the
ultrasound and the others also interpreting it are used to ferret adrenals, too easily misread
by too many.

Also, some forms of adrenal disease don't change the size of the adrenal.

If no TN Panel then it still makes sense to do one.

In a case which has not been treated for a long time if it is adrenal disease a higher dose of
Lupron Depot can be needed than otherwise would be, and it has to have been used long
enough to make a difference.
