It sounds like the vets you've been dealing with are not very
knowledgeable when it comes to adrenal disease in ferrets. The U of
Tenn panel clearly indicates that your ferret does indeed have adrenal
disease, and the urinary problems undoubtedly stem from this.

Again, if the lupron is not working there is something more going on.
My guess, again, would be cysts and/or malignancy. The only way to
know, for sure, would be surgery. Surgery would reveal if cysts are
present, biopsy of the adrenal glands would reveal if there is a
malignancy. Honestly, at this point I'm not sure you really have any
other options. There aren't any that I know of anyway.
