Subject: [ferrethealth] Potatoes in Innova Re: low carb chicken free diet?
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

I have noticed that many people recommend Innova and/or Innova Evo in
some form as it contains little to no grains. I remember reading a
post from someone awhile back about Innova and Innova Evo that had an
interesting point....Innova and Innova Evo use potatoe as a filler.
Potatoes are very high on the glycemic index. That being said, aren't
we just replacing one bad thing (grains in food) with another bad
thing (potatoes) in terms of stress to the pancreas? Any thoughts?
