Has lymphoma been tested/thought about? It could be a combo of insulinoma and lymphoma... lymphoma can also spread into the spine and that could effect her walking ability also. Plus, the Pred will help with the lymphoma. If she's only slightly improving, but somewhat improving, w/ the Pred, I would consider (ask vet) still raising it. Good luck with your little one.

either of those conditions without a direct biopsy? What is involved
in a bone marrow test? The vet says her bloodwork looks normal,
though I haven't seen it - I will ask for a copy of the bloodwork
tomorrow.
