I would have his glucose re-checked. I would also stop the Ensure, and give him meat protein instead (the ensure is just giving him little sugar up's and downs). The meat protein (such as Gerber Chicken or Turkey) will help stabilize his glucose for a few hours. Be sure he eats about every 4 hours. Low blood sugar is diagnosis enough, you usu cant see anything on the pancreas on ultrasound. If he is "crashing", its serious, and I'd get him rechecked asap.

Regarding Luna, has a vet checked her out? I'm not sure what that could be, but thought I'd mention something, because you said she has fallen out of her hammock a few times... I'm assumming your saying that she is falling within a cage and that its a good distance fall. Those cages that dont have multiple levels on them, that just have the free hanging hammock make me ultra nervous... Not sure what cage you have, but the additional flooring pieces are sold seperately, so you can add floor levels in the cage. This way, if she does fall out of the hammock, the floor is close under her.
