It's the right season for her to drop fat and the right age for her to be done with her baby
fat.

Are her bones noticeable or is she simply sleek? Many ferrets have a sleek and slender
build, so given the good vet check-up and a high level of activity there may be nothing
more going on than you needing to get used to what is normal for a ferret.

If she is boney then that is a different matter.

How much does she weigh and how long is she from nose to rump, minus tail?
