Can you elaborate on the 'resistant to treatment' statement? There may be more than one way to treat insulinoma. For example, if he's been getting Prednisone and it isn't working, Prednisolone might. More info would certainly be helpful as far as anyone sending you advice on your situation.

stabilize the insulinoma we've been very cautious about the
possibility of surgery. Recently, our vet said that I should be very
sparing with the ferretone and only use it when he's crashing.
