He's currently getting prednisolone. He does better for a few days,
then starts crashing again, and the dose gets raised. Better for a few
days, then a string of crashes and weak spells; up goes his dose. This
has been going on since Christmas.
The really strange thing is that he seems to do much worse in the
middle of the morning, regardless of anything we do.
