Subject: [ferrethealth] Now passing much gas - 7yo male with anal discharge

Hello,
My litle one now passes gas every time he poops. Noise is really
loud. He only passes gas when he poops, not at any other time. I=B4m
sure he is unconfortable about this, because he quickly goes from one
newspaper corner to the other, to the other, many times, until
he "decides" to poop.
Please anybody give me a help here. I=B4ve been thinking about giving
him dimethicone but I=B4m not sure if it=B4s safe and also I do not know
the dosage I should give, if I should...
