Yes both of your baby's elbows are dislocated possibly secondary to
torn ligaments or tendons or trauma that we don't know about (ie
getting feet hung up and tried to get loose). I would see if there
is an orthopedic specialist in your area and get your little one in
to be seen ASAP.
