Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Ferret not using front legs
Is there a particular condition that cause this? The left leg was
perfectly fine when he quit using his right leg. After his right leg
was bandaged, I removed anything that could hurt him from his cage. I
supervised everything he did until we took him back to the vet and then
next thing we know, he starts favoring his left leg. It could just be
coincidence that both elbows go at the same time, but I'm worried that
maybe he has some underlying condition. If any one thinks of questions
I should ask tomorrow at the vet or anything I should bring up, please
let me know. This is my first ferret, actually my first pet ever, and
I'm really nervous for him. If this doesn't work tomorrow, I'm going to
take him to the XXX vet school. Thanks all!
