Subject: [ferrethealth] Fatty's Necropsy Results
To: <>

Thank you for the additional information Debi. It is a shame that his heart
was in such bad shape. Did your vet think the condition of his heart had
anything to do with his mobility problems or was it shown to be the result
of the tumor? Do you have any idea how old he was? I am curious because of
the similarity of Pace's tumor to Fatty's tumor. While Pace's is not
changing rapidly, it is growing slowly. In his case, we have the additional
issue of a malignant adrenal tumor which did not show a border where it was
separated from the vena cava.

Thank you,

While my vet felt that she could have done Fatty's tumor removal, she
said he never woud have survived the sugery. Fatty had one of thw worst
cases of Cardiomyopathy she said she had ever seen. She said the walls
of his left ventrical were so thick that that side of his heart was
almost completely closed off.
