Since he is in the UK the ony thing I can suggest is for him to
contact some local ferret breeders who may have just had some kits or
someone who's Queen (Whole female cat) who just had kittens could
foster these babies for him. Depending on the size of the pups, he
can use the long thin nipples that usualy come in a Pet Nursing kit.
As for formula, we use Goats milk, the powdered kid and if we need to
hand feed it, it's about every 2-3 hours. Depending on the size of
the pups, they can take anywere from 1/2oz to 2oz and up.
