Is her body temperature high? (over 103 F)
Does she have decreased appetite?
Did the vet do a full urinalysis for all urine levels, including
blood, and a culture?
Did the vet prescribe any antibiotics?

She may have a kidney or bladder infection. I would ask the vet about
getting her started on an antibiotic right away. In the meantime, you
can soothe the skin on her bottom with a water/vinegar mixture at
about a 3:1 ratio a few times a day.
